Terms of use

These Terms of Use are a public offer for using Bukly. By creating an account, using the service, or paying for a subscription, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

1. What Bukly is

Bukly is a web service for private practitioners, including tutors, coaches, therapists and other specialists who manage schedules, clients, sessions, payments and client balances.

Bukly is not an accounting, tax, banking, medical or educational institution and does not replace professional advice. You are responsible for your own records, settlements with clients, taxes and professional obligations.

2. Users and account

A subscription may be purchased by an individual, sole proprietor, company representative or another user who has the legal capacity to enter into the relevant agreement. If you use Bukly on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for keeping your account data accurate, securing access and all activity under your account. If you notice unauthorized access, contact hello@bukly.app.

3. Your client data

You retain rights to the data you enter into Bukly: client information, contacts, schedules, sessions, prices, payments, debts and balances. We process this data only to operate the service, provide support, maintain security and comply with legal obligations.

If you enter personal data of your clients or students, including minors, you confirm that you have a lawful basis for doing so and have informed those persons or their legal representatives where required.

4. Plans, trial and Pro

Bukly may offer a Free plan, a Pro trial and a paid Pro plan. Current limits and plan features are shown in the service interface and on the pricing page.

As of this update, Pro costs UAH 199 per month or UAH 1788 per year. Annual billing is charged as one payment for 12 months of access.

The trial does not require a card. If you pay for Pro before the trial ends, unused trial days are preserved in the access period according to the service logic.

5. Payments and recurring charges

Web subscriptions for Bukly Pro are processed by WayForPay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay where available on the payment form. Bukly does not store full card details.

After the first successful payment, WayForPay creates a recurring payment for the selected period: monthly or yearly. Future charges are automatic until the subscription is cancelled.

A receipt, payment document or other confirmation is provided by the payment service, bank, fiscal service or another method according to legal requirements and seller settings.

6. Failed payment

If the first payment is not confirmed, Pro is not activated and the account remains on Free or its current available status.

If a renewal charge fails, the payment service may retry. Bukly may temporarily mark the subscription as past due and provide a short technical grace period.

If payment is not confirmed after the grace period, the subscription expires, the account moves to Free and data is not deleted. Free limits may restrict new clients or sessions until you free a slot or return to Pro.

7. Subscription cancellation

A web subscription can be cancelled in Bukly billing or, where available, in the WayForPay account. After cancellation, future recurring charges stop and Pro usually remains active until the end of the paid period.

Cancellation does not automatically refund already paid amounts. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

8. Refunds

Bukly has a soft refund policy: we review refund requests within 14 calendar days after a charge, refund erroneous or duplicate payments, and may refund unused full months for annual subscriptions.

9. Availability, changes and termination

We aim to keep Bukly available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, providers, force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.

We may change features, prices, limits and these Terms. For material changes affecting active users, we will try to notify you by email, in-app notice or another reasonable method.

10. Liability

Bukly is provided as a work organization tool. You are responsible for verifying data, calculations, schedules and financial indicators before using them with your clients or public authorities.

Our liability is limited to direct damages proven under Ukrainian law and does not include indirect damages, lost profit, reputational losses or claims from your clients, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Law and claims

These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Claims and notices are accepted in Ukrainian or English at hello@bukly.app.

We try to resolve disputes amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it is handled according to jurisdiction rules under Ukrainian law.
