What is included in the free plan?
Free includes the calendar, session and payment tracking, up to 5 active clients and up to 10 sessions per week. Data is not deleted when switching plans. Free limit: 5 active clients.
Is Bukly a CRM for tutors?
Bukly covers what tutors usually look for in a CRM: clients, contacts, lesson history and payments in one place. No complex sales funnels, just what a private practice actually needs.
Can I track client payments and debts?
Yes. Bukly shows paid and unpaid sessions, each client’s balance and a monthly income summary. No separate spreadsheets.
How does Pro cancellation work?
After cancellation, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Then the account returns to Free without deleting data.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. We review requests within 14 days after a charge, refund erroneous or duplicate payments, and may refund unused full months for annual subscriptions.
What about subscriptions in the mobile app?
If the subscription is purchased through the App Store, it will be managed through Apple. If it is purchased on the site, it will be managed on the web. Pro access itself will be shared.
